With a focus on child-centered play therapy, she works side by side with parents to create a nurturing environment where children can express themselves and develop essential skills. Lauren values the child centered play therapy approach and its highly effective way of allowing children to express themselves, process trauma, gain emotional intelligence, and alleviate anxiety and depression. Her experience with child centered play therapy has provided her with valuable insight and direction that helps her approach this type of therapy with an understanding and effective outlook.

Lauren believes each client is the expert of their life and she is there to help unravel and guide them on their journey to meet their desired goals. Her eclectic use of Adlerian, person centered, and gestalt therapy techniques provide her with the ability to uniquely tailor each clients counseling experience. In addition to her therapeutic approach, Lauren also highly values acceptance; offering a safe and comfortable space where her clients are free from fear of judgment.
